Designation: Manager MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) Role Overview—Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) This is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning function within a dynamic project operations environment. The Manager – MEL will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring the robustness of both qualitative and quantitative research processes. The key result areas (KRAs) include: Technical Engagement & Research Design: Collaborate with corporations and stakeholders to understand project requirements and actively participate in technical discussions to define research objectives and methodologies for both qualitative and quantitative studies. Indicator Identification & Evaluation: Lead the process of identifying, evaluating, and finalizing key performance indicators and research objectives aligned with project goals. Proposal Development: Design and develop comprehensive proposals for Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment, and Need Assessment studies, including frameworks, procedures, data collection tools, and questionnaires. Capacity Building: Lead the training and capacity development of data collection teams, ensuring clarity on methodologies, tools, and ethical guidelines. Tool Development & Digitalization: Oversee tool translation, finalization of skip patterns, and validation checks, and ensure seamless conversion of paper-based questionnaires into digital formats such as CAPI or other suitable platforms. Implementation & Execution: Drive the execution of MEL activities as per project requirements, ensuring timely data collection, adherence to protocols, and efficient field operations. Data Management & Analysis: Supervise data review processes, including cleaning, validation, and analysis, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of datasets. Reporting: Lead the preparation of high-quality reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders and corporate partners. Consultant & Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage external consultants and internal teams as required, fostering collaboration, performance tracking, and alignment with project objectives. Annual Remuneration: Maximum up to Rupees 10,00,000/- LPA depending on the last salary drawn & relevant experience Job Location: Okhla Phase - III (On-Site) Note- Out-station travel, if required.
