The Role Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage student documentation, communicate with students, and ensure the smooth transfer of required documents to clients for further processing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Student Communication: Contact students to collect necessary documents for application processing. Provide guidance on required paperwork and deadlines. Follow up with students to ensure timely submission of documents. Document Collection & Verification: Receive, review, and verify student documents for completeness and accuracy. Ensure compliance with university/client requirements. Organize and maintain digital and physical records of student documents. Client Coordination: Share collected documents with universities, agencies, or processing teams. Track application statuses and update clients/students as needed. Address queries from clients regarding documentation issues or missing information. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain an updated record of all student applications and documentation status. Generate reports on pending documents and follow-ups. Ensure CRM and internal databases are up to date. General Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation procedures. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
