We are looking for a passionate, field-first sales leader to build our institutional sales channels and drive our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to build a business, empower communities, and promote sustainability.Role Mission Your mission is to own and execute the B2B sales strategy for our Tej Trike across three key channels: Social Impact (NGOs/SHGs), Corporate Social Responsibility (PSU CSR), and other developing markets (East Africa). You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pilot management to contract negotiation, deployment, and post-sales reporting, establishing our trike as the vehicle of choice for rural empowerment and operational efficiency. What You'll Do Channel Development: Identify, prospect, and build a robust pipeline of high-potential NGOs, SHG federations, PSU CSR departments, and developing markets. Pilot-to-Scale Conversion: Design and execute on-ground product demos and pilots that clearly demonstrate value, and leverage the results to convert them into large-scale, paid deployments. Proposal & Grant Writing: Craft compelling, data-driven proposals, grant applications, and CSR project plans complete with budgets, impact metrics, and M&E frameworks. Executive Sales & Negotiation: Confidently present the Tej Trike’s technical specifications, warranty, and ROI to institutional decision-makers, skillfully handling objections and negotiating contracts. Project Management & Reporting: Oversee the end-to-end deployment process, including site readiness, user training, and service alignment. Maintain a disciplined weekly sales funnel and performance dashboard. Who You Are You have 2-3 years of B2B/institutional sales experience with a proven track record of working with NGOs, government bodies (especially PSU CSR units), or enterprise accounts. You are a hands-on executor who thrives in the field, equally comfortable facilitating a demo in a rural village as you are presenting to a C-suite executive in a boardroom. You are fluent in the language of our product, able to clearly articulate the benefits of the product tailored to the stakeholder you are speaking to.
