Program Manager

WHAT WILL YOU DO We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Program Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a results-driven professional who excels at operational management You will be responsible for : Overseeing the successful implementation and day-to-day operations of a specific vision benefit program running at our eyewear partners. Manage overall P&L of the program by taking full ownership of the program’s financial performance, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability. Ensure seamless operations for the program Grow the program by acquiring and cultivating new strategic partners Prerequisites 5-8 years of professional experience in account management, or partnership management roles. Direct experience in the employee benefits industry is required. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions About VisionSure VisionSure is a health tech player building India’s Vision Benefits stack.  We are taking a customer-centric approach to build Vision wellness solutions, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
