Project Manager Roads and Infrastructure - Liberia

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of roadworks and infrastructure projects in Liberia . The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of civil engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning and execution of road construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans Monitor progress and performance; resolve issues and implement corrective actions as needed Lead project meetings, status updates, and reporting to senior management Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes Ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s is a plus Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure project management Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects Strong understanding of roadworks, drainage systems, utilities coordination, and site logistics Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and Civil 3D Familiar with international standards and codes related to civil works and solar farm construction Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multi-cultural teams Willingness to be based full-time in Liberia
