Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager  to take ownership of large-scale solar projects from concept to commissioning . The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee execution of solar projects (floating) from start to finish. Develop a comprehensive project plan including schedule, resources, and work breakdown structure . Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans. Manage contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory approvals, and client requirements . Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of proven project management experience , preferably in solar/renewable energy or infrastructure. Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and people management skills; experience managing site teams and contractors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. Why Join Floatex?
