The firm has acted in some of India’s most complex matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and regulatory bodies. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida or Delhi. The Associate will be responsible for drafting and analyzing legal documents, researching legal issues, providing advisory services, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. Daily tasks include preparing legal briefs, attending court hearings, and collaborating with clients to ensure effective legal strategies. Qualifications Strong skills in drafting and analyzing legal documents Excellent research skills to support legal strategies and case preparation Preferably prior experience in corporate law, insolvency, real estate, and regulatory matters. Prior experience in representing clients in legal proceedings, including NCLT, NCLAT, and Supreme Court of India Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher Experience in a boutique law firm setting is a plus. Experience required 1-4 years
