Job Description || Project Manager Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager , role requires strong expertise in project execution, contractor coordination, cost control, and ensuring timely completion while meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and monitor all construction activities from start to finish. Ensure adherence to approved designs, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Manage procurement schedules for construction materials and oversee vendor performance. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Identify potential risks, delays, or cost escalations and implement corrective measures. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Architecture or related field. 10 –15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects (preferably hotels). Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, interior fit-out, and finishing works. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely project delivery. Preferred Skills PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage. Previous experience with luxury/premium hospitality projects. Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise.
