The Role: Sponsorship Lead This is a sales-first , brand-partnership role with full ownership of the sponsorship revenue charter. You will sell, pitch, and close deals with consumer-facing brands and go a step further to design their in-show placement and integration strategy across the TV episodes, digital campaigns, and live events. You’ll be responsible for crafting meaningful brand integrations that align with the show's narrative and enhance its impact, not just passive logo placements. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive Sponsorship Sales from End to End Identify and reach out to high-fit brands across FMCG, fintech, BFSI, edtech, mobility, and lifestyle sectors. Build the outreach pipeline, lead sponsor conversations, and close large-ticket deals . Prepare customized sponsorship decks and ROI narratives. 2. Place Brands Inside the Show Conceptualize and execute in-show brand placements – including product usage, segment sponsorships, and brand-driven storylines. Work with production and creative teams to ensure seamless brand integration across episodes, digital reels, and regional events. Manage contract execution, creative approvals, and brand asset delivery. 3. Build and Price Tiered Sponsorship Packages Create structured, multi-level sponsorship options across TV, digital, live events, and investor access. Offer differentiated value-adds like founder collabs, jury interactions, and exclusive content placements. 4. Ensure Sponsor Success & Renewals Deliver brand visibility, engagement, and ROI metrics per contract. Generate performance reports and maintain ongoing client relationships for renewals and upsell. You’re a Fit If You Have 7+ years in B2B sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorship for media, OTT, event IPs, or startups. A strong track record in closing high-value deals . Past experience in placing or integrating brands within content (TV/YouTube/OTT preferred). Commercial acumen and storytelling chops to build win-win narratives. Ability to work across teams- content, production, legal, marketing. A love for startups and India's brand + founder ecosystem.
