Role Description Team Leadership Hire, train, and lead the Centre team to drive performance, retention, and alignment with SOPs. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve Centre and individual sales targets through solution-based selling and local sales initiatives. Customer Experience Ensure high service standards, address client issues, and maintain timely documentation and system updates. Centre Operations Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and compliance with all process and audit requirements. Profitability Management Meet revenue and profit goals through cost control, efficient resource use, and regular financial reviews.
