About IncredipetsIncredipets delivers trusted, at-home pet care across Indian cities — dog walking, dog training, grooming, and vet-assisted services — through a verified network of field partners.The rolePartner Success Specialist is a new role on our Supply team. You own the first 30 days of a new field partner's journey with Incredipets — the window where most partners either get going or quietly drop off. You shepherd new partners (dog trainers, walkers, groomers, para-vets) from the day they join through their first month of work, so they actually activate and stay.What you'll doOwn the new-partner journey from joining through Day 30.Run cohort onboarding — bring new partners in as groups and keep them connected and moving.Coordinate buddy pairings with experienced partners for the first sessions.Spot partners at risk of dropping off early and intervene before they're gone.Run root-cause reviews on every partner who drops in their first 30 days.Be the person a new partner can reach when the first dog snaps, the first customer is rude, or the pay doesn't make sense yet.Who should applyThis role is a fit if you've done partner, rider, or fleet onboarding and retention at a gig-economy or services company — even if your title wasn't /"Partner Success/":Supply ops / fleet ops / partner experience at companies like Urban Company, Swiggy, Zomato, Rapido, Porter, Uber, or similar.Area or field operations roles at services or logistics companies.Onboarding or retention roles where you owned whether people stayed, not just whether they joined.This is not a SaaS /"Customer Success Manager/" role — it's hands-on, ground-level partner retention in a field-services business.RequirementsFluent spoken Hindi and English (Hinglish); Marathi a plus.Genuine people instinct — you can tell when someone's about to give up and know how to pull them back.Organised — you'll track cohorts, follow-ups, and interventions across many partners at once.Comfortable with dashboards and data.1–3 years in supply ops / partner ops / onboarding / retention at a gig, services, or logistics company.Android smartphone; two-wheeler + driving licence useful for occasional field visits.What we offerCompetitive fixed salary + retention-linked incentive.
