Senior Finance Manager

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Finance Manager for a leading D2C brand in feminine hygiene and personal wellness products. This fast growing startup was founded in 2018 by IITian founders & is seeking an experience Chartered Accountant to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions for them. This role demands an analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to drive data-backed decisions.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough Financial Analysis to support strategic business decision-makingDevelop and enhance Financial Models to forecast Annual Operating Plans & budgetsPrepare and deliver periodic Financial Reports & MIS Templates for internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial performanceDevelop and maintain detailed financial models to support product-level P&L, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition efficiencyLead fund raising efforts through mediums of equity & structured debt, liase with venture capitalists, bankers & investment firms and serve as the primary finance POC for all external stakeholdersLead financial meetings with all stakeholders & assist leadership in managing investor relations. Prepare dashboards, variance reports, and investor-ready presentationsWork with senior leadership to develop financial strategies & revenue forecasts for the businessTrack & optimise the unit economics and profitability metrics for the products & analyse areas of cost inefficiency & discrepanciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.Supervise the accounts & compliance team to finalise books of accounts and ensure accurate tax compliances Good to Have -CA with 7-9 years post qualification experience Experience in leading finance for ecommerce brandsPrior experience in scaling finance team in startupsStakeholder management skills - experience being the point of contact for investors, directors CTC - Upto Rs. 30-35LPA (Basis last drawn)Location -Pitampura, New Delhi
