You will lead the end-to-end pipeline from member enrollment through utilization and revenue tracking for Digbi Health's B2B2C programs, ensuring that closed client contracts translate into high levels of member enrollment and engagement.With Digbi experiencing 100% year-over-year revenue growth, this role is pivotal in bridging the execution gap by maximizing enrollment, activity, and retention across covered populations.WHAT YOU'LL OWNRevenue & UtilizationOwn and track member enrollment numbers across all active employer and health plan clientsDrive utilization targets — ensuring enrolled members become active, engaged program participants — and report weekly status to leadershipIdentify under-performing client accounts and build targeted re-enrollment or win-back campaignsPartner with the clinical and product teams to remove friction from the member journeyMember Enrollment CampaignsDesign, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns targeting eligible but un-enrolled members across each client populationManage campaign scheduling, messaging variants, and client-specific contextCoordinate with Client Success and Ops teams to get clean population lists and measure campaign impactLead enrollment targets for program-based, conditions-based, Dependents, and geographic cohorts, based on claims financial data. Automation & OperationsOrchestrate campaign workflows using Claude-powered automation, including checklists, workflow management, and status trackingBuild and maintain the central marketing and enrollment dashboard (open rates, click rates, enrollments by client and cohort).Drive the implementation checklist for new client launchesCash-Pay / D2C (Emerging Workstream)As Digbi builds its DTC cash-pay product, own the B2C enrollment funnel: landing pages, email journeys, conversion trackingManage coordination across the intern cohort (Amazon listing, Instagram, content) so workstreams run without daily oversightWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORStrategist + OperatorA dynamic professional capable of translating strategic concepts into immediate, high-impact campaigns. You possess a systems-thinking mindset paired with a rigorous attention to detail.2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, revenue operations, or digital health program managementProficiency with AI tools and the ability to build complex projects using ClaudeCompetency in writing basic Python scriptsStrong systems-thinking skills to isolate problems and implement tech-first AI solutionsExperience with SEO tools and building for AI-first search environmentsProven track record of taking ownership of key metrics—such as enrollment or activation rates—and achieving targetsStrong analytical skills: comfortable pulling data, diagnosing drop-offs in a funnel, and acting on what you findExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools (FreshSales, Iterable, HubSpot, or equivalent)Excellent written communication — able to write client-ready copy and internal strategy memos with equal facilityMBA from a strong program (IIM, ISB, IIT MBA, or equivalent) strongly preferredExposure to the US healthcare, employer benefits, or digital health space is a significant plusSelf-directed: able to operate autonomously when leadership is traveling, unavailable, or heads-down on strategyWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEDay 30: Audit client roster, ship the initial enrollment campaign, and launch the reporting dashboard framework.Day 60: Execute and measure 20+ campaigns, demonstrate visible enrollment improvements, and manage client implementations.Day 90: Own enrollment reporting, implement growth plans for all accounts, and lead cross-functional launch checklists.ABOUT DIGBI HEALTHOur team of medical and technology professionals is dedicated to supporting over 100 million people affected by generic chronic care programs and stigma.
