Job Title: Finance Manager / Senior Manager – High Risk Business (Gaming Industry Experience is a Must)Experience: 5+ YearsQualification: Qualified CA PreferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused Finance Manager / Senior Manager to manage financial operations for TransFi’s high-risk business verticals.The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with high-risk industries such as gaming, gambling, forex, crypto, remittance, or high-risk payment businesses, and should understand the complexities around financial structuring, regulatory requirements, payment flows, and operational risk management.This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, build processes from scratch, and help structure the business in a compliant and scalable way.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and reportingStructure and oversee financial flows for high-risk business operationsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, audit requirements, and financial regulationsMonitor cash flow, treasury movement, working capital, and financial health of the businessWork closely with banking partners, PSPs, payment providers, and internal stakeholdersSupport regulatory and compliance-related financial requirements across jurisdictionsAssist in setting up operational and financial structures for high-risk business categoriesIdentify and mitigate financial, fraud, cybercrime, and operational risksCoordinate with auditors, legal teams, tax consultants, and compliance teamsSupport leadership with financial insights, forecasting, and strategic decision-makingDrive process improvements and build scalable finance operationsMentor and guide junior finance team membersRequirements5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or financial operationsPrior experience in gaming, gambling, forex, crypto, fintech, remittance, or other high-risk industries is highly preferredStrong understanding of high-risk business operations, payment flows, settlements, and compliance-sensitive transactionsExperience handling complex financial operations in regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and audit processesExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningStrong analytical, problem-solving, and operational skillsProficiency in accounting systems and advanced ExcelAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsQualified CA or equivalent qualificationExperience in fintech, payments, Web3, or startup ecosystemFamiliarity with international financial regulations and high-risk payment environmentsExperience working with global banking and payment partnersIdeal CandidateWe are specifically looking for someone who:Understands the operational and financial complexities of high-risk businessesHas prior exposure to gaming or similar industriesCan help build strong financial and operational structuresBrings a strong ownership mindset and startup attitudeCan proactively identify risks and build scalable solutionsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing global fintech environmentExposure to international payment and financial operationsHigh ownership and impact-driven roleCollaborative and fast-paced work cultureOpportunity to help build and scale new business verticals globally
