When you grow at NAV, the organization grows with you.Key Responsibilities:Investor Transaction ProcessingOversee processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and investor onboarding activities.Ensure timely and accurate execution of capital activity transactions.Review and approve investor transaction documentation.Investor ServicesAct as primary escalation point for investor and client queries.Maintain high standards of client servicing and communication.Coordinate reporting and investor statement distributionAML/KYC & ComplianceEnsure compliance with AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.Review investor due diligence documentation.Escalate suspicious or incomplete documentation issues.Hedge Fund OperationsCoordinate with fund accounting, custody, compliance, and legal teams.Support NAV release processes and investor allocations.Monitor adherence to fund offering documents and operational procedures. Required qualification and experienceMBA / Post graduation / Graduation from a reputed institute8–10 years of experience in transfer agency, hedge fund operations, or fund administration. Preferred SkillsLeadership and people management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and operational accuracy.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Experience with transfer agency platforms and fund administration systems.
