Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Associate Product Manager(APM) to join our growing team. You willwork closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customersuccess, to understand user needs, define product requirements, and deliver intuitive,technically sound solutions. A strong understanding of user experience principles and a solidtechnical foundation are essential, as you'll be navigating complex healthcare workflows andtranslating them into elegant product features. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-pacedstartup environment and demonstrates an exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and driveinitiatives forward.Key Responsibilities● Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in defining product requirements, writing userstories, and managing the product backlog for specific features or modules.● Technical Understanding: Bridge the gap between business needs and technicalfeasibility, working closely with engineers to understand system capabilities andlimitations, and ensuring technical solutions align with product goals.● Market & Competitor Analysis: Support market research efforts to identify trends,competitive landscapes, and opportunities within the US Health Tech credentialingand provider management sector.● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication andcollaboration among engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer successteams throughout the product development lifecycle.● Data-Driven Decisions: Assist in tracking product performance metrics, analyzingdata, and gathering insights to inform product iterations and future strategies.● Stakeholder Communication: Help prepare product updates and communicateprogress to internal and external stakeholders.● Learning & Adaptability: Proactively seek out new knowledge, adapt to evolvingpriorities, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.What We’re Looking For● Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in product management, businessanalysis, software development, or a related role, preferably within a B2B SaaSenvironment.● User Empathy: A strong passion for understanding user needs and a keen eye foruser experience design principles.● Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, engagewith engineers, and contribute to discussions about system architecture andimplementation.● Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tobreak down complex problems into manageable solutions.● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable ofarticulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.● Collaboration: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in ateam-oriented environment.● Curiosity & Drive: A self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and takeinitiative in a dynamic startup setting.● Education: We prioritize your ability to deliver outstanding results and your practicalunderstanding of Product Landscape. While a formal degree can be helpful, it is not astrict requirement if you can demonstrate your capabilities.Bonus Points● Experience in the US healthcare industry or health tech.● Familiarity with credentialing, privileging, or provider management processes.● Experience with product analytics tools.
