Job Title: Investment CounsellorRole Overview360 ONE Wealth & Asset Management is seeking a seasoned Investment Counsellor with a strong sales pedigree and proven AUM-building track record. This role is designed for high-performing professionals from Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Senior Financial Advisor backgrounds who have successfully built and managed large client book and will be responsible for driving net new asset inflows, deepening client relationships, and delivering holistic investment advisory to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI).Key Responsibilities1. AUM Acquisition & Revenue GenerationDrive net new money (NNM) through active client acquisition and wallet share expansion Leverage existing relationships to onboard new clients and scale AUM Deliver on revenue and AUM growth targets across asset classes 2. Client Advisory & Portfolio ManagementProvide tailored investment solutions across: Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products Alternatives (AIFs, PMS, Private Equity, Real Assets) Align portfolios with client goals, risk appetite, and market outlook 3. Relationship Management (Senior Coverage)Manage and grow a book of UHNI clients – 100cr+ AUM Build deep engagement through regular reviews, insights, and proactive outreach Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention 4. Sales Strategy & Market PositioningIdentify market opportunities and client segments for targeted acquisition Collaborate with internal investment, product, and RM teams Position 360 ONE as a preferred wealth partner through differentiated advisory 5. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance frameworks Maintain transparency and ethical standards in all client dealings Requirement: Experience: 12-15+ years in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Advisory Client Base: Strong network of UHNI clients Skillset: High ownership and entrepreneurial mindset Strong sales and influencing skills Deep understanding of financial products and markets Ability to operate in a performance-driven environment
