The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, recruitment, onboarding & exits, payroll management, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsExperience in hiring, onboarding and exit formalitiesExperience in payroll managementExperience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefitsPersonnel Management expertiseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
