Facility Manager - Infrastructure & MEP

WTF Gyms is hiring a Facility Manager for Greater Delhi Area.This is a hardcore on-ground execution role for someone who can own gym infrastructure, maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, and fast issue closure across locations. This is not a desk/admin-only role. We need a person who understands how sites actually run: electrical load, plumbing, HVAC/AC, lighting, washrooms, flooring, equipment installation, civil repair, snag closure, safety, and daily maintenance follow-through.Budget: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month, depending on capability and fit.What you will own:- End-to-end facility readiness and maintenance for WTF Gyms locations across Delhi NCR.- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC/MEP, lighting, water, washroom, flooring, signage, equipment and general infrastructure work.- Vendor sourcing, negotiation, deployment, follow-up, quality checks and final closure.- Daily site visits, issue diagnosis, escalation, and hands-on coordination with technicians and contractors.- Preventive maintenance schedules so gyms stay operational without repeated breakdowns.- Snag lists, repair timelines, cost tracking, material coordination and closure reports.- New gym setup support: site execution, fit-out coordination, MEP readiness, equipment installation and launch handover.- Coordination with operations, acquisition, design, founders' office and external vendors.Who we are looking for:- 4+ years in facility management, site execution, project supervision, building maintenance, MEP, hospitality/retail/facility operations, or similar hands-on infrastructure roles.- Strong practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/AC, civil repair and vendor-managed execution.- Someone who can identify the real issue, call the right person, get the right material, negotiate, supervise and close it.- Comfortable travelling across Greater Delhi Area / Delhi NCR locations.- High ownership, speed, discipline and reporting clarity.- Strong enough to manage technicians and vendors without losing timelines.Good to have:- Experience with gyms, retail outlets, hospitality, malls, co-working, schools, clinics, warehouses or multi-site facility operations.- Knowledge of MEP layouts, electrical panels, HVAC servicing, DG/UPS basics, plumbing lines, seepage, waterproofing and preventive maintenance.- Ability to handle urgent breakdowns without panic.Interview process:All discussions are scheduled in advance and conducted in person only.
