If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Support investment promotion agencies and frameworksImprove investor services and regulatory systemsDevelop investment attraction strategiesStrengthen public-private engagementRequirements:EducationMaster’s degree in economics, business, finance, or related fieldGeneral Professional ExperienceMinimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governmentsSpecific Professional ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reformsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in investment facilitation or promotionDevelopment Cooperation ExperienceMinimum 5 years in development cooperation projectsLanguagesEnglish (C1 mandatory)Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)Inclusion in the expert pool does not guarantee immediate assignment but provides access to project opportunities as they become available.
