If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Support reforms in transport and logistics systemsIdentify infrastructure and regulatory bottlenecksAdvise on policies improving trade corridors and connectivityContribute to investment-related transport strategiesRequirements:EducationMaster’s degree in transport, logistics, economics, or related fieldGeneral Professional ExperienceMinimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governmentsSpecific Professional ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reformsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in transport and logisticsDevelopment Cooperation ExperienceMinimum 5 years in development cooperation projectsLanguagesEnglish (C1 mandatory)Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1)Inclusion in the expert pool does not guarantee immediate assignment but provides access to project opportunities as they become available.
