Associate Director/Director – Reverse LogisticsLocation: Delhi NCR/ PuneRole Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Operations Leader to lead the overall operations for theReverse Logistics function at XpressBees. This role will own end-to-end operationalperformance across all reverse logistics hubs, drive regional accountability, and ensurescalability with high efficiency.The ideal candidate comes from the logistics/3PL ecosystem and has deepexperience in managing large-scale ground operations, especially building andmanaging a strong rider/delivery associate network.Key Responsibilities:1. Operations OwnershipOwn performance metrics across all Reverse Logistics hubs (Dedicated/Combined hubs)Drive SLAs, TAT, cost efficiency, and quality benchmarks Ensure consistent execution of SOPs across regions2. Regional AccountabilityEstablish strong governance with regional/state headsDrive performance reviews, audits, and corrective actionsBuild a culture of ownership and accountability across the network3. Network & Rider EcosystemBuild and scale a reliable rider/delivery associate networkImprove rider productivity, retention, and utilizationDrive partner/vendor performance and onboarding strategies4. Process Excellence & ScaleIdentify process gaps and implement scalable solutionsOptimize hub operations, routing, and load balancingLeverage tech and data to drive efficiency and decision-making5. Stakeholder Management Work closely with Product, Tech, HR, and Finance teamsCollaborate with central leadership on capacity planning and expansionManage vendor and partner ecosystems effectivelyExperience:• Experience: ~10 years in operations, preferably in logistics / 3PL / e-commercesupply chain• Proven experience managing large, multi-city operations• Strong background in last-mile / reverse logistics/rider network management• Demonstrated ability to scale operations efficiently• Experience in handling hub-based operations and regional teams• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-makingMust-Have Skills:• Operations management at scale• Rider/delivery network building & optimization• Team leadership across geographiesOther Requirements:• Immediate/short notice joiners preferred• Willingness to travel extensively across hubs
