You can know more about us from our website: LinkedIn the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll and Compliance Manager to oversee and manage all payroll processes, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and handle attendance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, compliance, and HR practices within the renewable energy sector or similar industries.ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management Lead and oversee the end-to-end payroll function for the organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.Review payroll calculations, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, benefits, and statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).Develop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.Address escalated payroll issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve discrepancies.Compliance & Regulatory Management Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.Maintain robust documentation and audit-ready records of payroll and employee-related transactions.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure best practices.Internal & External Audit Management Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.Ensure timely resolution of audit observations and implementation of corrective measures.Develop and maintain strong relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audit processes.Attendance & Data Management Oversee attendance tracking systems and ensure seamless integration of attendance data into payroll.Review attendance trends and collaborate with HR teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy. QualificationsFull time Bachelor’s degree. or B. Sc. preferred.10-12 years of experience in payroll management, compliance, and attendance management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.Strong knowledge of payroll software, attendance management systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.Proven ability to manage complex payroll and attendance systems and ensure compliance with various regulations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
