We are looking for a Financial Analyst who can turn data into clear financial insights that drive decision-making. This role is not just about reporting numbers—it’s about understanding what’s behind them and guiding the business with sharp, actionable analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data to support business decisions and strategic planningBuild and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgetsTrack key financial metrics, identify trends, and highlight risks/opportunitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsWork closely with business teams to understand drivers of revenue and costConduct variance analysis and explain deviations from plansSupport leadership with insights for investment, pricing, and cost optimization decisionsImprove reporting processes and bring structure to financial dataWhat You’ll Be Measured OnAccuracy and reliability of financial analysisQuality of insights (not just data, but what it means)Forecasting accuracyAbility to influence decision-makingSpeed and clarity of reportingRequired Skills & Experience2–6 years of experience in financial analysis / FP&A / consultingStrong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, scenario analysis)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityAttention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
