About the RoleUmedra Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Export Executive to own our end-to-end export operations for personal care products and OTC ointments. You'll ensure every shipment moves smoothly — compliant, on time, and fully documented — while keeping internal teams, banks, and global partners aligned.What You'll DoDocumentation & CompliancePrepare, verify, and manage core export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, MSDS, and COAEnsure full compliance with LC terms, contracts, DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI regulationsHandle export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, and Advance LicenseLogistics & CoordinationCoordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transportersTrack shipments end-to-end; proactively resolve delays and communicate status to customers and internal teamsArrange pre-shipment inspections where requiredBanking & FinancialSubmit documents for LC negotiation and collectionFollow up on export payment realization (BRC)Maintain audit-ready recordsReporting & Internal AlignmentUpdate ERP systems and export registers; prepare MIS reports for managementCollaborate with production, stores, quality, finance, and sales to keep shipment schedules on trackLead and mentor a team of 2–5 peopleWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's/Master's in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field5+ years of export documentation and logistics experience, preferably in personal care, OTC, or FMCGStrong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and international trade regulationsHands-on experience with MS Office, ERP systems, and export documentation softwareSharp attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneouslyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with growth opportunities in an international businessCollaborative, dynamic work culture
