This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive growth through collaboration, data, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive onboarding of transport partners (metro, bus, rail) onto the platformOwn and grow transport category performance (orders, adoption, usage)Identify and onboard buyer applications to expand reachBuild and manage relationships with transport authorities and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations)Track KPIs, manage projects, and drive continuous improvementsResolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day executionRequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline3–5 years of experience in transport, business development, or program managementStrong understanding of India’s transport ecosystem preferredData-driven, problem-solving mindset with strong ownershipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in metro/bus ticketing or transport systemsFamiliarity with AFC (Automated Fare Collection) systemsExposure to digital commerce or platform-based ecosystems
