This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting a US based PE firm in WSO implementationDaily cash and position reconciliation of private equity fundsIdentifying the cash and position breaks and reporting to respective stakeholdersThree-way Position reconciliation between WSO, Custodians and Fund Administrator (Par value, Cost and Market Value reconciliation)Reconciling the historical entries to clear and report the aged breaksRecording and monitoring activities (capital calls, distribution, prepayment, and debt servicing etc.)Setting up WSO for new loans by going through Credit agreements, term sheet and other legal documentsLoan servicing in WSO i.e., rollover, payments, borrowing, fees, spread changes, maturity date update, etc. as per agent bank noticesTrade settlement as per custody cash movementsInteracting pro-actively with various stakeholders like custodians, banks, and PE fund managers on a day-to-day basisManage month end closing activitiesSetting up SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) by laying down the processes and internal check frameworks to achieve the overall objectiveClient Management: Understanding project request, negotiate deadline and handling client queriesProject Management: Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing outputKey Competencies Graduate/MBA Finance4-9 years of experience in fund accounting, Asset servicing, cash, and position reconciliation of private equity fundsKnowledge of databases Markit (for notices), Geneva reporting (cash and Long-short position)Experience in working on WSOStrong in finance fundamentals and analytical skillsExcellent in MS Excel to process varied data setsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlinesDedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with project management, client relationship management, analytical, and teamwork skillsAcuity Analytics has earned several prestigious industry recognitions, including Great Place to Work® certifications in India and Costa Rica, AVTAR Best Companies for Women in India, the AVTAR Most Inclusive Companies Index, and Silver accreditation in the Workplace Equality Index.
