Candidate should have experience of 6 to 8 years in the relevant field and should have worked in Big 4 only·        Good communication skills, both written and verbal·        Should have effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills Roles and Responsibilities: ·  To work and support Partner - Audit and Advisory on client engagement and managing team     Build client relationship and develop his team·        Involved in business development activities of the firm·        Aspire to take responsibility of the firm as entrepreneur like his own practice in future·        Have willingness to work with other partners of the firm
