The role demands deep expertise in HNI/UHNI client management, strong market understanding of Delhi’s luxury real estate landscape, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership: Lead and drive end-to-end sales for luxury residential projects in Delhi. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in topline revenue. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate segment. Channel Management: Strengthen broker and channel partner networks to enhance sales pipeline. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the luxury segment. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Brand Positioning: Collaborate with marketing to position projects effectively among premium buyers. Key RequirementsExperience: 12–20 years in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects in New Delhi Mandatory: Proven experience in selling high-ticket luxury properties Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients and brokers in Delhi NCR Demonstrated ability to close large-value deals Leadership experience managing sizeable sales teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Preferred BackgroundExperience with reputed real estate developers Strong understanding of Delhi luxury micro-markets (Lutyens’, South Delhi, Golf Course Road, etc.)
