Everyone wins.We are scaling this network aggressively and need operations people who can keep every Powered Gym running to WTF's standard every day.The Role — Operations ExecutiveThe Operations Executive ensures that every WTF Powered Gym in their cluster is operating correctly — every single day. Not approximately correctly. Exactly correctly. To the WTF standard.This is a field role. You will visit gyms physically, conduct audits, identify gaps, work with gym managers and staff to fix them, and report upward on the health of your cluster. You are the bridge between WTF's operational standards and what actually happens on the gym floor.What You Will DoConduct regular physical audits of assigned Powered Gym locations — cleanliness, equipment condition, staff presence, front desk behaviour, member experience, signage compliance, and WTF brand standardsIdentify operational gaps during visits and create an action plan with the gym manager on the spot — not a report for next weekTrack compliance against WTF's 96-point gym compliance checklist across all assigned locationsMonitor and support daily operations: opening and closing protocols, member check-in, staff grooming, trainer attendance, class schedulesCoordinate with the WTF tech team when gym-level system issues arise — WTF OS, biometric devices, TV app, app access for membersSupport new Powered Gym onboarding — ensure the gym is set up to WTF standard before it goes liveTrack gym-level KPIs: daily member check-ins, new member additions, renewal rates, PT session count — and flag underperforming locationsCoordinate with the Key Account Manager on partner gym issues that require relationship-level escalationSubmit daily field reports and weekly cluster health reportsBe the first point of contact for Powered Gym managers when operational problems arise — and resolve them fastWho We Are Looking For1 to 3 years of operations experience — retail operations, gym operations, hospitality operations, or any multi-location field operations roleExperience in a gym or fitness environment strongly preferred — you understand how a gym floor works, what good looks like, and what problems typically ariseStrong observational skills — you notice what is wrong before anyone tells you. You walk into a gym and within 5 minutes you know what needs fixing.Excellent spoken Hindi — most gym managers and staff communicate in Hindi. You must be fluent and direct.Organised and disciplined — you manage a cluster of multiple gyms simultaneously and nothing falls through the cracksComfortable with field work — this is not a desk job. You are on the ground visiting gyms, covering distances across Delhi NCROwn conveyance preferredBasic smartphone and app proficiency — for WTF OS, audit checklists, and reportingPreferred QualificationsExperience in gym management or fitness operationsExperience in franchise or multi-location retail operationsFamiliarity with CRM or gym management softwareCompensation & DetailsFixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/monthLocation: Delhi NCR — field-based, reporting to Noida HQReporting To: Cluster Manager / Powered Gyms Operations HeadJoining: Immediate preferred
