CRM Operations Manager (Zoho)Location: RemoteHours: UK hours (flexible)Structure: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are hiring a CRM Operations Manager (Zoho) to take ownership of and optimise the systems that support our recruitment business.This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience across the Zoho One ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit. The role requires someone who understands recruitment workflows and can translate data, automation, and process into effective commercial output.You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping how our CRM, automation, and recruitment operations are structured and improved as the business grows.What you will doOwn and manage Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and wider Zoho One toolsBuild and manage automated business development workflowsWork with a team of 4 recruiters to turn candidate briefs into targeted company and contact lists, focused on the UK marketConduct company research and data enrichment using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Lusha, and online researchImprove CRM structure, pipelines, workflows, and reportingReduce manual work across the business through automation and process improvementsBuild workflows and integrations using Zoho Flow and related tools where requiredContribute ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and automation across the businessWhat we are looking for3–5+ years hands-on experience with Zoho CRMStrong experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho One toolsBackground in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition environmentsExperience in data enrichment, research, and building contact and company databasesExperience creating or managing outreach sequences or email cadencesFamiliarity with automation tools such as Zoho Flow or similar platformsExposure to integrations, APIs, or basic technical configurationStrong written communication skills for business development emailsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilityIdeal profileStrong Zoho capability and enjoyment of building structured systemsCommercial understanding of recruitment or talent environmentsSelf-directed and comfortable owning processes end to endAnalytical and detail focused with strong data disciplineComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
