We are seeking sharp, persuasive, and result-driven Closing Executives and Closing Managers to join our high-performing teams across Mumbai. This is a high-impact role for professionals who possess the negotiation expertise required to finalize high-value deals in a competitive corporate sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Closure: Manage site walk-ins and convert potential leads into confirmed residential or commercial bookings.Negotiation: Oversee price negotiations, handle objections, and finalize payment terms to complete transactions.Inventory Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project USPs, floor plans, and pricing to provide expert consultation to clients.Documentation: Facilitate the initial booking process, including application forms and KYC collection.Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduate degree in any stream.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in direct sales or closing roles. Specific experience in Real Estate is a significant advantage.Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
