You will lead large, distributed teams and spearhead business acquisition across government contracts/projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global business development strategyLead acquisition of government contractsDrive end-to-end bidding, tendering, and commercial excellenceBuild strategic partnerships, alliances, and consortiaLead global marketing, brand positioning, and thought leadershipDevelop market intelligence and identify new growth opportunitiesOwn revenue growth, pipeline management, and conversion metricsBuild and lead a high-performing global BD & marketing team (50+ members)Ideal Candidate15+ years of experience in global business development & government sales, B2GProven success in winning large-scale government contractsStrong experience managing global BD and marketing functionsExposure to regulated industries / public sector environmentsLeadership TraitsStrategic thinker with strong execution focusExcellent government and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation abilityExperience operating in complex, global environmentsEducationBachelor’s degree (MBA / Postgraduate preferred)
