If you love numbers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to make Meta ads work — this role is for you.About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to own and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) across multiple Shopify stores. This role is open to remote candidates based anywhere in India, with the option to work hybrid or on-site if you are located in or near Thane, Mumbai.You will be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and launch to optimization and scaling — while working closely with our creative team to continuously test new angles and formats. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions directly impact revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) across multiple Shopify digital product storesManage daily budgets and bid strategies (including cost cap and bid cap structures) to hit ROAS and CPA targetsAnalyze campaign performance daily — CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and AOV — and make data-backed decisionsCollaborate with the creative team to write briefs for UGC videos, static image ads, and carousel formatsRun structured creative testing to identify winning hooks, formats, and audiencesScale winning campaigns efficiently while cutting underperformers quicklyGenerate weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendationsCoordinate within the pod-based team structure alongside media buyer leads and creative editorsStay up to date with Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and platform best practicesSupport multi-store campaign management across different niches and target marketsRequirements1 to 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager)Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $100k or more with measurable ROAS outcomesStrong understanding of full-funnel strategy — from ad hook to landing page to checkoutSolid command of key performance metrics: ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, and AOVExperience working with digital products, e-commerce, or information product brands preferredFamiliarity with creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and campaign structure best practicesAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setupWorking knowledge of Shopify analytics is an advantageExperience with tracking tools such as Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar platforms is a plusStrong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a bias for executionNice to HaveExperience briefing UGC creators and working with video editors on ad creativeFamiliarity with email marketing tools such as KlaviyoExposure to managing campaigns across multiple stores or niches simultaneouslyKnowledge of TikTok Ads or Google Ads as supplementary channelsWhat We OfferCompetitive monthly salary of ₹50,000 – ₹1,20,000/month + Performance Incentives based on experiencePerformance incentives tied to store revenue milestonesFully remote work setup with flexible hours (overlap with IST working hours required)Work directly on campaigns spending crores in annual ad budgetsHands-on exposure to multiple niches and international marketsFast career growth within a structured, pod-based team modelCollaborative, async-friendly work culture with a focused, execution-first mindsetOption to work on-site at our modern Thane office if preferredTo ApplySend your resume and any relevant campaign results or case studies to Mithun@
