The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branches within a given territory, developing strategies to achieve business goals, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Daily tasks will include managing branch staff, coordinating with various teams, achieving operational and financial targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.QualificationsLeadership, team management, and people skills for effectively managing branch operations and staff.Proficiency in operational planning, strategy execution, and performance monitoring to achieve set targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.Knowledge of financial services, microfinance, or lending practices is an advantage.Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for business improvement.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote environment while managing multiple locations.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in financial services or GL, is desirable.
