Job Description:
1. L&D Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement an organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with organisation requirements.Conduct annual training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.Design strategic learning roadmaps for leadership, technical, and soft skill development.2. Learning Program Design and ExecutionCreate high-impact, scalable learning programs (classroom, e-learning, blended).Ensure training content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with competency frameworks.Oversee development and deployment of learning interventions for all employee levels.3. Leadership Development & Succession PlanningIdentify high-potential employees and design career development plans.Implement robust leadership development initiatives (e.g., mentoring, coaching, executive education).Support talent reviews and succession planning processes.4. Learning Technology and PlatformsEnsure digital learning tools are effectively leveraged to enable self-paced learning.Drive innovation in learning delivery by using AI, microlearning, gamification, etc.5. Compliance and Mandatory TrainingEnsure completion of mandatory, compliance, and policy-related training across the organization.Track and report statutory training requirements (e.g., POSH, workplace safety).6. Budgeting and Vendor ManagementPrepare and manage the L&D budget effectively.Evaluate and manage external training vendors and consultants.Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI on all learning investments.7. Metrics, Evaluation, and Continuous ImprovementDefine L&D KPIs and measure training effectiveness.Collect feedback and analytics to improve learning outcomes and business impact.Publish quarterly L&D reports to leadership with key insights and improvements.8. Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationCollaborate with HRBPs, business heads, and functional leaders to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives.Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.Organize learning campaigns, internal knowledge-sharing events, and recognition of learners.
