We’re Hiring: GeM Operations Specialist (Government e-Marketplace)Location: Delhi/NCR  Join AXIBIO (AXIVA SICHEM BIOTECH) and play a key role in driving our growth through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. About AXIBIOWe are an Indian manufacturer and supplier catering to research, analytical, and industrial laboratories with a diverse portfolio:Filter Papers & Filtration Assemblies Chromatography Vials & Consumables Laboratory Plasticware Bench-top Instruments (International Brands) Our products are widely used in pollution monitoring, pharmaceuticals, food testing, and research labs. Role OverviewWe are looking for a GeM-savvy professional who can independently manage and optimize our presence on the Government e-Marketplace platform, ensuring smooth operations and revenue growth from government business. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of GeM portal operations Product listing, catalog creation, and technical product uploads Creation and management of product links, bid participation & L1 price strategy Handling direct purchase, bids, reverse auctions, and BOQ-based tenders Ensuring compliance with GeM policies, documentation, and approvals Coordination with internal sales and technical teams for accurate listings Identifying opportunities to improve processes for higher conversions and order value Tracking competitors, pricing trends, and optimizing listings accordingly  Ideal Candidate Profile2–5 years of hands-on experience in GeM operations (mandatory) Strong understanding of bidding, L1 logic, RA, and product categorization Experience in laboratory, industrial, scientific, or technical product segments preferred Ability to interpret technical specifications and convert them into effective listings Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and coordination skills  Why Join Axibio?Work with a growing Indian brand in life sciences & industrial supplies Direct impact on government business growth Opportunity to build and streamline GeM processes from a strategic level Competitive salary + performance incentives  Apply now or share your CV at: or Connect with us on LinkedIn to explore more
