The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality pipeline generation through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), leading a team, and aligning closely with sales to accelerate revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value accountsLead end-to-end lead generation initiatives across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, outbound, campaigns, etc.)Manage, mentor, and scale a team of SDRs/Lead Generation specialistsCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams for pipeline conversionDefine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and identify target accounts and key stakeholdersTrack, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and lead funnelsDrive outbound strategies including cold outreach, sequencing, and personalizationEnsure consistent achievement of qualified lead targets and revenue pipeline goalsImplement tools and automation for lead generation efficiencyMaintain strong reporting on KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROI
