About Company - Leading India-focused private equity firm with deep experience and a proven track record. AUM Size is $4 billion. Key Responsibilities: Accounting:Managing financial accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Tax Compliance:Overseeing tax filings, GST returns, and ensuring tax compliance with statutory requirements. MIS:Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for management decision-making. Legal:Handling legal documentation, statutory compliance, and liaising with legal advisors on various matters. Audit and Internal Controls :Coordinate with auditors for audit planning and execution. Support implementation of internal controls and SOPsCandidate Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Mandatory Requirement Primary Job Profile :Finance & Accounts Technical Skills :Audit, MIS
