If you live and breathe order books, latency, and edge — and you're ready to deploy your strategies in one of the world's fastest-moving asset classes — we want to hear from you.This is a full-time, in-office role based out of our Delhi office. You will be working directly on crypto markets, running and refining HFT and market making strategies in a performance-driven environment where good ideas move fast and results are rewarded generously.________________________________________________________________________________WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ________________________________________________________________________________-> Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HFT or quantitative trading-> Proven track record in market making or high-frequency strategies-> Deep understanding of crypto market microstructure and liquidity dynamics-> Strong grasp of execution systems, order routing, and latency optimisation-> Ability to generate, backtest, and refine alpha-generating ideas independently-> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, in-office environment________________________________________________________________________________WHAT YOU'LL DO ________________________________________________________________________________-> Design and execute market making strategies across crypto pairs and perpetuals-> Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve live strategy performance-> Collaborate on risk management frameworks and position exposure limits-> Research emerging opportunities across spot, futures, and derivatives-> Work closely with the tech team to push execution quality and cut latency-> Propose and validate new strategy ideas using the in-house simulator________________________________________________________________________________COMPENSATION — LUCRATIVE PnL SHARE ________________________________________________________________________________We offer a highly competitive compensation structure with a substantial and direct PnL share.
