Job Title:Finance Manager ( Pan India) Location :Pan IndiaJob Summary Sarovar Hotels is seeking experiencedFinance Managersto lead financial operations and strategic planning at our hotels across India. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, budget management, and compliance, ensuring the hotels’ financial health and growth.Key Responsibilities: Manageaccounts receivable (A/R)andaccounts payable (A/P)processes efficiently. Ensure accurate and timelyfinancial reportingin compliance with regulations. OverseeP&L management , analyzing financial performance and recommending improvements of the hotel. Develop and monitorhotel budgeting , optimizing costs while maximizing revenue. UtilizeIDS softwarefor financial transactions and operational analysis. Implement financial controls, audits, and compliance measures. Collaborate with hotel leadership to support strategic financial decisions. Supervise accounting teams, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.Key Skills: Must have completed bachelors degree in Finance (Masters is preferred). Proven experience in hotel finance management. Expertise inA/R, A/P, IDS, financial reporting, P&L management, and hotel budgeting . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in IDS in current/last role and other hotel management systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Should be open to relocate if not a local.
