We are dedicated to delivering seamless solutions that cater to the diverse needs of content creators worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a Part-time remote position for a Growth Manager on Audivo's Founding Team. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition and retention through innovative strategies, assessing data to identify growth opportunities, and leading sales and marketing efforts. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and representing the company to build strong partnerships that drive engagement and revenue.Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and competitor benchmarking and thereby finalise ICP to shape the product which can drive engagement.Identify channel and thereby onboard power users who are excited about the product and thereby bring engagement and stickiness.Analyse usage and user data and feedback to improve the product.Identify opportunities to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.Run experiments, track results, and share insightsContribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product roadmapQualificationsEx-founder who has lead the Growth journey. 4–8 years of experience in Product, Growth, Product Marketing, or Early-Stage Startup roles.Prior experience in a 0→1 or 1→10 journey, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment.Demonstrated experience driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.Experience building communities or managing early user cohorts.Founder’s mindset: high ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.Willingness to build from scratch in terms of processes, systems, and experiments.Experience contributing to GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and channel identification.Strong understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) and/or SLG models.Strong hands-on experience in user research, customer discovery, and competitor benchmarking.Proven ability to identify, onboard, and activate early adopters / power users.What We Offer Real world product experience at an AI-first startupDirect mentorship from founders and product leadersExposure to ML/AI workflows in creative mediaOwnership of experiments that drive acquisition and usageA fast-moving, collaborative, and creative team culture.Success Metrics Number of research studies completed per month.Quality of insights leading to measurable product changes.Reduction in usability friction as validated by user testing.Growth in user sign-ups and active cohort.Increase in engagement (sessions, retention, repeat usage).Campaign ROI and contribution to $MRR growth targetsCompensation and OwnershipLean fixed comp of ₹25K/month (early-stage) with a structured co-founder opportunity within 3 months.
