Role Description The Regional Manager (India) is a full-time role based on-site in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing regional recruitment activities, managing relationships with partner institutions, and contributing to student acquisition strategies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring regional sales performance, leading and mentoring a regional team, executing marketing initiatives, and acting as a liaison between regional offices and the corporate headquarters. The Regional Manager will ensure the achievement of targets while managing operational efficiency in line with strategic objectives. Qualifications Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectivelyProficiency in strategic planning, operational management, and performance trackingProven expertise in sales, business development, partnership management, and student recruitmentExperience in marketing strategy execution, including campaign management and event coordinationExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the education sector in India and globally, with experience in higher education being an assetA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field is highly desirable
