Headquartered in Mumbai with branches in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Delhi, ALBANS continues to grow through strong collaborations.Key Skills & Requirements (Sales-Focused)Conduct daily cold calling to generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, interior designers, and PMC consultants to present company products and solutions.Manage sales discussions and negotiations with clients to convert leads into business opportunities.Follow up regularly on generated leads to ensure effective conversion and relationship building.Visit project sites when required to understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Obtain client confirmation on designs and quotations before project execution.Maintain records and track any changes requested by clients after design and quotation confirmation.Coordinate with the installation and execution teams to ensure smooth site execution when required.Plan, propose, and execute expansion of sales channels through strategic B2B sales initiatives.Provide direction and guidance to the sales team by developing, implementing, and monitoring yearly and monthly sales plans.Design and implement sales strategies, set business goals, and drive execution to achieve revenue targets.Experience LevelOpen to freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or related roles.EducationA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
