The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Sales leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and support the growth of the sales organization.Support HR initiatives focused on employee retention, engagement, recognition, performance management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee relations matters.Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives for the sales team to enhance motivation, productivity, and workplace culture.Collaborate with sales managers on workforce planning, team structuring, and headcount planning.Partner with business leaders to support career progression, succession planning, and talent development for high-potential employees.Assist in managing and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely hiring and smooth onboarding of sales hires.Manage and facilitate employee induction and onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new joiners.Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR processes.Support organizational change management initiatives in a fast-paced and rapidly growing EdTech environment.Maintain and manage employee data, HR workflows, and HR processes through the HRMS portal (Darwinbox), ensuring accurate and timely updates.Requirement:4+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a high-growth organizationExperience partnering with / advising mid-level managersSolution-focused thinking, empathy, strong judgement, and decision making skillsStrong organizational development experience supporting team effectivenessStrong interpersonal and communication skills including experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
