Job Description:

Role Overview We are looking for a highly disciplined multi-site operations professional from hospitality, QSR chains, facility management, or retail chains who has experience managing cluster operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operational management of Blue Circle Medi Services, ensuring seamless service delivery across corporate sites, clinics, and field deployments. The role requires a leader who believes in Management by Exception, strong SOP implementation, and customer-first service delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Operations Management • Oversee daily operations across all Blue Circle service sites. • Ensure high operational efficiency and service quality • Implement Operations 2.0 framework with SOP-driven processes • Ensure seamless coordination between clients, clinical teams, nurses, and support staff 2. Multi-Site Operations & Cluster Management • Manage multiple locations / client sites simultaneously • Ensure standardization of service delivery across locations • Conduct regular site audits and performance reviews • Maintain uniform service standards similar to chain operations 3. Nurse Deployment & Workforce Management • Manage deployment of nurses and healthcare staff across corporate sites • Ensure optimal manpower allocation • Monitor attendance, shift management, and coverage • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training and input cost reduction 4. Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary operational contact for clients • Ensure high client satisfaction and service continuity • Conduct regular client reviews and service audits • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and upsell. 5. Escalation & Complaint Management • Own the entire complaint resolution framework • Manage client escalations and service recovery • Ensure quick turnaround time for issue resolution • Build a structured feedback and escalation tracking system 6. Ambulance & Emergency Response Coordination • Manage ambulance services and emergency response readiness • Ensure availability and operational readiness of vehicles • Coordinate emergency response protocols across sites 7. Quality & Compliance • Implement quality control mechanisms across services • Conduct internal audits and compliance checks • Ensure service delivery aligns with healthcare standards • Lead NABH on different sites 8.
