Job Title: Business Development Executive – Resource SellingLocation: Remote Department: Sales / Business DevelopmentJob Overview:-We are looking for a Business Development Executive with expertise in Resource Selling / IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and placing skilled resources with companies based on their project requirements.Key Responsibilities:-Generate new business opportunities for IT & Digital Marketing resource selling and staff augmentation services.Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, emails, cold calling, and networking.Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical resources (developers, designers, marketers, etc.).Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to share client requirements and close positions.Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.Track sales pipeline, client communication, and deals using CRM tools.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–4 years of experience in Resource Selling / IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation / Recruitment Sales.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.Key Competencies:-Strong business development mindsetClient relationship managementLead generation and closing skillsNegotiation and persuasion abilityTime management and multitaskingPreferred Skills:-Experience working with international clients (US / UK / Middle East markets).Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
