Role OverviewWe’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Loan Processor based in the Philippines who has hands-on experience working with Australian banks and brokers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our brokers through loan lodgement, settlements, and client onboarding.You’ll liaise directly with banks, BDMs, and clients, while managing critical timelines and setting up meetings to keep the loan process smooth and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess residential and investment loan applications with accuracy and speedLiaise with Australian banks and lenders to follow up on application status and conditionsCommunicate effectively with clients, brokers, and BDMs during the entire loan processCoordinate loan settlements and ensure all pre-settlement conditions are metOnboard new clients and ensure documentation is complete and up to standardSet meetings and manage brokers’ calendars as neededMaintain CRM notes and follow internal workflows to ensure seamless operationsProvide general admin support to the broker team as requiredHandle inbound and outbound calls to engage with leads, book appointments, conduct follow-ups, and ensure the CRM is accurately maintained and kept up to date.Requirements2+ years of loan processing experience with Australian banks or mortgage brokersStrong understanding of Australian loan products, settlements, and lending proceduresConfident in calling banks, BDMs, and clients to follow up or clarify informationExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files with tight deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and aggregator platforms (e.g., Mercury, ApplyOnline, Podium)Strong time management and organisational skillsAble to work autonomously and as part of a remote teamPreferred QualificationsExperience using Australian mortgage CRMs (e.g., Mercury, Salestrekker, etc.)Previous work with an Australian mortgage brokerage or aggregatorUnderstanding of compliance and documentation standards in Australian lendingWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceLong-term career opportunity with a growing teamFull remote setupOngoing training and supportPerformance bonuses for exceptional outcomes
