Join us now!Key roles and responsibilities:Onboarding Organized QSRs, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes, Cloud/Dark kitchens onto SmartQVisit Kitchens & audit, understand capacity, strength of partnersMaintaining a database with compliance & execution of agreementsCultivating and nurturing valuable relationship with vendorsResolve any payment related/other issues with partnersChannelizing client requirements to well performing partnersAllocation of suitable partners to client requirementsCommunicate new client proposals to partners effectively with negotiation on quotesWork along closely with City Head /Sales Team to work upon the new proposals and help materializing the new salesTo help vendor partner to learn & achieve the Automation processes as Smart Q new initiativesQualifications:Overall 6+ years' experience with a minimum 2 years in a similar roleGraduate/Diploma in Vendor Management/BHM disciplinePeople oriented and good team playerSound knowledge and experience of working with food partnersResults Oriented, be accountable and hold accountableProven experience in managing in a similar environmentExcellent process and product knowledgeSelf-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environmentMessage from CEO:We've come to realize that we're not merely in the B2B Food service industry; we're in the business of 'Capturing Hearts.'
