We are looking for Business Development Executives for one of our client companies.Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls globally using the provided lead dataPitch Globeia's document authentication and verification service clearly and confidentlyUnderstand client needs and tailor the pitch to address their pain pointsFollow up consistently with interested leads to close conversionsMeet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with onboarded clientsAct as the primary point of contact for client queries and updatesCoordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth document handling for clientsAddress client concerns promptly and professionallyGather client feedback and share insights with the internal teamMaintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and client interactions in CRMSubmit daily call reports and conversion updates to the reporting managerTrack lead pipeline status and flag any follow-ups requiredPreferred candidate profile We are looking for confident, persuasive, and professional individuals to join our outbound sales and customer relations team. You will be calling leads from our pre-provided data, pitching our service, and converting leads into active clients.If you are a great communicator with a passion for sales and a strong American English accent, this role is for you.Must have Excellent spoken English with a strong American accent — this is non-negotiablePrior experience in a BPO, call center, or outbound sales roleProven ability to pitch, persuade, and convert clients over the phoneComfortable working US shift hours (Rotational Shift)Strong communication and active listening skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently from homeReliable internet connection and a quiet work environmentBasic computer skills (email, CRM tools, Google Sheets)
